What we collect
When you fill in our site visit request form, we collect your name, phone number, town, property type, approximate monthly electricity bill and any message you choose to add. We do not collect this information through any other part of the website, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to contact you about your enquiry: to arrange a site visit, answer your question, or follow up on a quote. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
WhatsApp & phone
If you contact us through WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's and your mobile carrier's own privacy terms, in addition to this policy.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where you become a customer, for the duration of our service relationship and as required for our business and tax records.
